Escorra os bifes, passe-os primeiro pela farinha, depois pelos ovos batidos e por fim envolva-os no pão ralado fazendo aderir bem o panado.
Aqueça o azeite e frite-os de ambos os lados.
Escorra-os, sobre papel absorvente.
E depois o arroz.
Ingredientes:
Para 6 pessoas
1 tigela de feijão vermelho cozido;
500 g de arroz;
1 cebola;
1 dl de azeite;
Sal;
Confecção:
Tem-se o feijão já cozido e escorrido.
Pica-se a cebola e aloura-se com o azeite.
Junta-se o feijão e deixa-se também refogar um pouco.
Tem-se o arroz medido; querendo o arroz seco, rega-se o refogado com água sendo a
quantidade uma vez e meia o volume do arroz; querendo o arroz malandro, pode juntarse até cinco vezes o volume do arroz.
Tempera-se o caldo de sal e, quando ferver, adiciona-se o arroz.
Deixa-se cozer e serve-se imediatamente.
*No tempo do pimento (Verão-Outono) podem juntar-se bocados de pimentos a este arroz de feijão.
